One plan, growing

Suggested prices for this preview. Each step includes the one before it, so you only add what you need. Fixed prices, nothing added later.

  1. The Party Plan

    For anyone who wants to do it themselves, calmly. Fully remote.

    A 45-minute video call, then a plan pack: a timeline for the day, up to 6 local suppliers with prices you can check, a shopping list with quantities and a styling board. One round of changes.

    Plan within 5 working days of the call. Book at least 2 weeks ahead.

  2. Styled and Set

    A birthday or milestone party at home or in a hall. You run the day.

    Adds: Laura sets up and styles the room for up to 2 hours before guests arrive, then leaves you to enjoy it.

    Book at least 3 weeks ahead.

  3. The Party Day

    A children's party, a milestone party, or a small business launch. Up to 50 guests.

    Adds: Laura stays up to 3 hours to run the timeline (suppliers, food timings, the order of the day), then up to 1 hour of pack-down.

    Parents look after the children; Laura looks after the party.

    Book at least 4 weeks ahead.

  4. The Wedding Day

    A small wedding, up to 60 guests.

    Adds: Laura joins 6 weeks before: 2 planning calls, a full run sheet, supplier confirmations in the final weeks, then up to 10 hours on the day, from set-up to the last supplier.

    A small wedding, or a bigger party or launch, planned from 3 months out.

    Adds: up to 12 hours of planning (calls, supplier search, a budget tracker, the run sheet), then The Wedding Day or The Party Day on the day itself.

More guests, more days, more than one venue. A written quote after a free call, listing every hour and line before anything is booked.

One digital invitation in the party's styling, 2 rounds of changes, a phone-ready image and a print-ready PDF.

Wedding stationery suite £195

The invitation, a details or RSVP card, and the on-the-day set: menu, place card, table plan and welcome sign, as print-ready files.

10 working days for the designs.

Not in the price

Decorations, balloons, flowers and props from your shopping list. Venue hire, food and drink, cake, entertainers, inflatables and photographers. Printing, which is quoted before you order. Travel beyond a local area Laura will set.
